Submit Your Request
Once you’ve identified the virtual assistant that fits your criteria, proceed to fill out the Human Talent Search Request Form on our website at Start Recruiting. This form is your first step towards tailoring our recruitment process to your specific requirements.

Invoice Receipt
After submitting your form, keep an eye on your inbox for an invoice detailing the product or service you’ve requested. This invoice will be sent to the email address you provided, ensuring a smooth continuation of the process.

Secure Online Payment
Upon receiving your invoice, a link for secure online payment will be included. Please proceed with the payment through this link to initiate the recruitment process. Our secure payment gateway ensures your transaction is safe and confidential.

Recruitment Begins
After the payment is made, our team will immediately commence the recruitment process, which can vary in duration from 3 days to 3 weeks, depending on the specifications outlined in the Start Recruiting Form 0102-E or 0102-S. Please rest assured that our team is dedicated to finding the best match for your needs in a timely manner and is committed to delivering the expected results within this period, if the process allows.

Interview Coordination
- You will receive executive reports of the candidates who best fit the required profile, along with our comments and evaluations.
- You will notify us which candidates you would like to interview.
- BalorJobs will arrange these sessions at a convenient time, both for you and the candidates.
This crucial step allows you to personally assess the suitability of each candidate for your organization, while BalorJobs ensures a smooth and efficient interview process.

Candidate Selection

Contract Options
After choosing your preferred candidate, you have two options:
A) Payroll Assistant Contract: Opt for our Payroll Assistant service for an additional cost of $120 per month, payable in advance for three months. This option requires prepayment of the first month’s salary of your virtual assistant.
B) Release Option: For a one-time fee of $150, gain full control over your new employee from their start date. This option allows you to manage their payroll and handle all payments directly.
